Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers, Election of Directors, Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 3, 2025, Andréa Carter, the Chief Human Resources Officer of Global Payments Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of her decision to resign effective March 31, 2025, to pursue another opportunity. The Company thanks Ms. Carter for her dedicated service and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
