Jeff Sloan , Chief Executive Officer

As chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of global Payments, Jeff Sloan is a decisive leader with deep industry knowledge and over 25 years of experience in financial technology. Jeff joined Global Payments as president in 2010 and became chief executive officer in 2013.

Prior to joining Global Payments, Jeff was a partner and the worldwide head of the Financial Technology Group in New York for Goldman, Sachs & Co. He pioneered the development of the payments practice in investment banking, where he led many of the industry’s landmark transactions over two decades.

He earned dual BA and BS degrees from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1989 (summa cum laude) and a JD from New York University of Law in 1992 (magna cum laude). Jeff and his wife, Vicky, have three children and live in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jeff has been recognized by FinTech Breakthrough as one of the “Best FinTech Company CEOs”, by Institutional Investor as one of “America’s Best CEOs” and by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of “Atlanta’s Most Admired CEOs”. He serves on the executive committees and the boards of directors of Fleetcor Technologies, Inc. and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce; and on the board of the Atlanta Committee for Progress. In 2017 and 2018, Jeff was the president and chairman of the board of directors of the electronic Transactions Association.

Cameron Bready, President and Chief Operating Officer

As the president and chief operating officer of Global Payments, Cameron Bready oversees the company’s worldwide merchant solutions businesses across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America along with worldwide operations, risk management, product and real estate. From 2014 to 2019, Cameron served as our senior executive vice president and chief financial officer and was responsible for the company’s global financial operations, including finance, treasury, accounting, tax, investor relations, internal audit, corporate development, worldwide operations, global real estate and corporate affairs.

Prior to joining Global Payments in 2014, Cameron served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for ITC Holdings Corp., a publicly traded electric transmission utility, where he was responsible for the company's accounting, finance, treasury and other related financial functions, as well as its corporate development initiatives. Cameron joined ITC Holdings in April 2009 after serving as vice president of finance at Northeast Utilities and, prior to that, senior vice president of Mirant Corporation.

Cameron has been recognized by Institutional Investor as one of "America's Best CFOs" multiple times, by Crain's Detroit Business as "CFO of the Year" and by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as “CFO of the Year” in the large public company category. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. He is a member of the board of directors of Crawford & Company, the world's largest publicly listed independent provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions. Cameron also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Electronic Transactions Association, the leading trade association for the payments industry; chairman of the board of trustees of Oglethorpe University; member of the board of trustees of Pace Academy, and member of the board of directors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

Josh Whipple, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

As the senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of Global Payments, Josh Whipple is responsible for all global financial operations including finance, treasury, accounting and tax, as well as investor relations and internal audit. Josh is also responsible for corporate development and enterprise risk management. From 2015 to 2022, Josh served as the company’s chief strategy and enterprise risk officer where he was responsible for the company’s corporate strategy, which included mergers and acquisitions, integrations, joint ventures and similar transactions. Josh was also responsible for enterprise risk management, business resiliency, business and enterprise compliance and government relations.

Prior to becoming CFO, Josh executed numerous transactions totalling more than $40 billion in value, and he played a key role in leading the company’s strategic transformation to a technology-enabled, software-driven enterprise. Notably, he helped lead Global Payments’ merger with TSYS and the integration of the businesses in 2019. He also helped lead the acquisition and integration of Heartland Payment Systems, the second largest transaction in Global Payments’ history.

Prior to joining Global Payments, Josh spent more than a decade in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns. During his tenure, he assisted management teams, boards of directors and special committees on a wide range of advisory and financing assignments.

Josh holds a B.B.A. in finance from The College of William & Mary and earned his M.Sc. in finance from London Business School. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two children.

Guido Sacchi, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer

As senior EVP and CIO of Global Payments, Guido Sacchi’s responsibilities include IT and digital business strategies, worldwide technology infrastructure and operations management, application development and support, information security, customer experience, project portfolio management, platform integration, analytics and artificial intelligence. He is a recognized leader in Information Technology and delivery of business value from IT, with a unique combination of strategic thinking and focus on results.

Prior to joining Global Payments, Guido was a managing director for Slalom Consulting, leading the firm's Digital Commerce practice. Between 2008 and 2010, he served as CEO of Moneta, an innovative online payments company, establishing it as a leader in the alternative payment space. He led the company in building its customer base, revenue streams, service offerings and technology platform. From 2002 to 2008, Guido was the CIO of CompuCredit, an information and technology driven financial services company, where his responsibilities included setting and executing the company’s IT strategies, delivering business value from technology, managing innovation and running the company’s worldwide IT operations. He enabled the business to deliver unprecedented results through the execution of acquisitions, technology architectures and IT solutions.

Guido’s experience includes senior management positions at Deloitte Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, international experience across industries, degrees in engineering from the University of Rome (Italy) and appointments at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

He is a frequent speaker and media contributor on the topics of technology management, payments and financial technologies, leadership, innovation and organizational change. Guido is the previous chairman of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association and served on the Technology Association of Georgia's Education Collaborative (TAG-Ed) board of directors. He was recognized as one of Computerworld’s “Premier 100 IT Leaders” in 2008 and as the 2004 GCLA National CIO of the Year, in addition to receiving multiple awards for excellence in technology management. Guido is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta’s Class of 2008.

He and his wife, Ellen, enjoy living in Atlanta with their two children.

Andréa Carter, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

As senior executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Global Payments, Andréa Carter is responsible for developing and leading all aspects of the company’s people and talent organization. In this role, she is responsible for human capital strategies, performance standards, enhancements to corporate culture and full engagement of a global, diverse workforce. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Andréa’s focus is on developing initiatives and executing strategies and programs that focus on building a world-class people and talent function.

Andréa joined the company in 2017 as senior vice president, human resources - corporate, international and talent management. Most recently, she served as senior vice president, human resources – merchant, supporting Global Payments’ worldwide merchant solutions businesses across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America along with worldwide operations, risk management, product and real estate.

Prior to joining Global Payments, Andréa served as chief human resources officer for Habitat for Humanity. She has held various HR leadership roles in multiple industries and organizations such as Ralph Lauren, Newell Rubbermaid and The Home Depot.

Andréa holds a B.B.A. from Tennessee State University. She has served as a board member for Girls, Inc., an organization whose mission is to empower and mentor young girls through direct service and advocacy. In 2020, Andréa was recognized by Atlanta Magazine as one of the 12 “Women Making A Mark” and by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of Atlanta’s “Women Who Mean Business.” Andréa was selected to be a member of The Executive Leadership Council’s (ELC) Class of 2022, and the National Diversity Council named her one of the Top 100 Women in Business for 2022.

David Green, Senior Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

David Green is the senior executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Global Payments and has served in that position since 2013. David is responsible for all of the company’s legal matters worldwide, as well as regulatory compliance, data privacy, and communications. David is also the executive sponsor of the company’s Pride Network.

Since joining in 2003, David has provided legal support across the company’s corporate landscape. He previously served as senior vice president and division general counsel, with primary responsibility for worldwide mergers and acquisitions as well as the company’s operations in the Americas. Over his tenure at the company, David led negotiations for the company’s transformational acquisitions, including the Heartland merger in 2016 and the TSYS merger in 2019.

Prior to joining Global Payments, David was an attorney at the law firm of King & Spalding LLP. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Duke University and earned his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law. David and his wife, Laura, reside in Atlanta, Georgia with their two daughters.

Gaylon Jowers, Jr., Senior Executive Vice President and President, TSYS Issuer Solutions

Gaylon Jowers currently serves as senior executive vice president and president of the TSYS Issuer Solutions business, a Global Payments company. Issuer Solutions serves close to 200 clients in nearly 80 countries around the world with its services and products. The business services more than 638 million traditional accounts on file.

Gaylon is a 28-year veteran of TSYS that has held several key management positions since 1991, including leadership roles in which he was responsible for the company’s international business, debit, prepaid, loyalty, debt management, e-commerce, global account management and sales, corporate strategy and marketing initiatives.

He serves on the board of directors for China UnionPay Data Services, Ltd. (CUP Data), TSYS' joint venture with China UnionPay (CUP).

Gaylon holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in management from Troy State University. He is an active member of the local Columbus, Georgia community through the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce by serving on the Columbus 2025 Committee.

Kelley Knutson, Senior Executive Vice President and President, NetSpend

As senior executive vice president and president of Netspend, Kelley Knutson is responsible for the strategic direction, growth and performance of the Consumer Solutions business segment. He has served in this senior executive leadership role since February 2018.

Previously, beginning in 2003 Kelley served as executive vice president of TSYS and president of International Issuer Solutions, based in London. In that role, he was responsible for TSYS’ strategic execution, global sales, business development, relationship management, vendor and product partnerships, joint venture management and new growth initiatives across multiple global markets.

Prior to TSYS, Kelley served as CEO and acting chairman of Clear Money Ltd. (Clear); SVP of GE Capital's Global Consumer Finance (GCF) cards business, and SVP at Visa International.

Kelley holds a B.S. in accountancy from Northern Arizona University and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. He currently sits on the boards of directors for the ATC (Austin Technology Council), China UnionPay Data Services, Ltd. (CUP Data), the Austin Gives Committee of the Austin Chamber of Commerce and is a business mentor at the Capital Factory.

David Rumph, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Corporate Finance Officer

David Rumph is the executive vice president, chief strategy and corporate finance officer of Global Payments and has served in that position since 2022. David is responsible for the development and execution of Global Payments’ worldwide strategy, including strategic planning & analysis, sourcing, evaluation, execution and integration of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. David also leads the global corporate finance function encompassing financial planning & analysis and treasury. Additionally, David oversees enterprise risk management, business resiliency, business & enterprise compliance and government relations on a global basis.

Most recently, David served as executive vice president of corporate finance and treasury for Global Payments and was responsible for enterprise financial planning & analysis, global treasury functions and financial ownership for the corporate functions.

David joined TSYS in 2011 and held numerous leadership roles across treasury, financial planning & analysis and mergers & acquisitions supporting the company's revenue diversification strategy which led to roughly a tripling of revenues and profits over that time. David was instrumental in the planning, diligence and integration of TSYS’ 2019 merger with Global Payments. Prior to joining TSYS, he spent roughly a decade at The Home Depot and Turner (Time Warner) in a variety of finance and accounting roles.

David earned a B.B.A. in accounting and management information systems from The University of Georgia and a master’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two children.

Maureen Schumacher, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Maureen Schumacher is the executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Global Payments, leading a team of professionals focused on strengthening the Global Payments brand in the marketplace and helping grow the business. Maureen designed and leads a marketing center of excellence that oversees all aspects of Global Payments marketing including brand, creative, advertising, content, digital marketing, social media, product marketing, websites, and the marketing technology stack. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, Maureen’s focus is on the customer and marketing strategies, talent, and tools that deliver measurable performance aligned with global business goals.

Maureen has deep brand and demand experience in fintech from almost a decade with Google, The New York Stock Exchange, and formerly GE Consumer Finance where she worked in leadership roles while living and working in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Maureen is a Pennsylvania State University graduate; she holds a BS, MBA and studied management and economics in Lima, Peru. Most recently, she was awarded a Google Fellowship, a highly competitive award granted to employees to pursue her Doctorate which she earned from Georgia State University. She is a tenured board member, with both non profit organizations and for-profit companies, recently chosen for Onboard’s Executive Honor Roll in recognition of her experience, leadership, and commitment to the advancement of women in the workplace.
