Cameron Bready – chief executive officer and member of the board of directors of Global Payments – is an experienced global business leader who has served in a variety of top leadership roles at public companies over his 30-year career. Most recently, he was president and chief operating officer for Global Payments, overseeing the company’s worldwide merchant solutions businesses across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America, along with worldwide operations, risk management, product and real estate. From 2014 to 2019, Cameron served as the company’s senior executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Prior to joining Global Payments in 2014, Cameron served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for ITC Holdings Corp., a publicly-traded electric transmission utility, where he was responsible for the company's accounting, finance, treasury and other related financial functions, as well as its corporate development initiatives. Cameron joined ITC Holdings in April 2009 after serving as vice president of finance at Northeast Utilities and, prior to that, senior vice president at Mirant Corporation.

Cameron has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a “Most Admired CEO.” He has also been named by Institutional Investor as one of "America's Best CFOs" multiple times, by Crain's Detroit Business as "CFO of the Year", and by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as “CFO of the Year.” He is a member of the board of directors of Crawford & Company®, the world’s largest publicly-listed independent provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions. Cameron also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Electronic Transactions Association, the leading trade association for the payments industry; member of the board of trustees of Pace Academy; member of the board of trustees of the Woodruff Arts Center and member of the board of directors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta.

Robert “Bob” Cortopassi, president and chief operating officer of Global Payments, is an experienced leader with deep technology, commerce, and global business expertise amassed over a career spanning more than 30 years.

As president and COO, Bob oversees Global Payments’ Technology, Product and Operations organizations, as well as the company’s corporate strategy activities. His focus across these functions is on ensuring strong alignment from product to delivery, driving innovation at scale, enhancing speed to market and ensuring operational excellence in support of the company’s growth strategy.

Prior to his current role, Bob led Global Payments’ portfolio of vertical market software businesses, worldwide merchant acquiring, issuer solutions, as well as operations and global product.

Bob joined Global Payments in 2012 as part of the Accelerated Payment Technologies (APT) acquisition. Since then, he has helped lead the company's strategic pivot to technology-led distribution through organic growth of the integrated payments business and many software-centric acquisitions. Bob was also previously responsible for Global Payments’ integrated and ISV partner channel business.

Before joining Global Payments, Bob served as senior vice president of APT, overseeing product, marketing, technology, and operations. He was part of the executive leadership team that consummated the APT sale to Global Payments in 2012.

Bob has been a recognized speaker, contributor, and committee leader for industry associations, such as the Electronic Transactions Association and PCI security standards council, and has served on numerous corporate, nonprofit, and governmental boards of directors. He is currently executive sponsor of the Global Payments Women’s Network.

Bob and his wife, Marina, have four children, one grandchild, and live near Park City, UT.

As chief financial officer of Global Payments, Josh Whipple is responsible for all global financial operations including finance, treasury, accounting and tax, as well as investor relations,internal audit and corporate development. From 2015 to 2022, Josh served as the company’s chief strategy and enterprise risk officer where he was responsible for the company’s corporate strategy, which included mergers and acquisitions, integrations, joint ventures, and similar transactions. Josh was also responsible for enterprise risk management, business resiliency, business and enterprise compliance, and government relations.

Prior to becoming CFO, Josh executed numerous transactions totaling more than $40 billion in value, and he played a key role in leading the company’s strategic transformation to a technology-enabled, software-driven enterprise. Notably, he helped lead Global Payments’ merger of equals with TSYS, the largest transaction in Global Payments History, as well as the acquisition and integration of Heartland Payment Systems.

Prior to joining Global Payments, Josh spent more than a decade in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns. During his tenure, he assisted management teams, boards of directors and special committees on a wide range of advisory and financing assignments.

Josh is a member of the board of directors of the Raymond A. Mason School of Business foundation at The College of William & Mary. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from William & Mary and earned his Master of Science in finance from London Business School. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two children.

As chief legal officer of Global Payments, Dara Steele-Belkin is responsible for all of the company’s legal, data privacy, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance matters worldwide. Dara leads a team of talented legal, risk, and compliance professionals who strive to reduce friction and risk within the business, while maximizing innovation and opportunity.

Prior to leading Global Payments’ legal function, Dara served as assistant general counsel and chief privacy officer, advising and supporting the business to enable privacy compliance throughout the world. Dara also led the team that provides legal support to Global Payments' Business Technology Services group by advising, negotiating, and drafting the company’s third-party technology licenses, service and other outsourcing agreements on a worldwide basis, including negotiations of strategic partnership negotiations with major cloud technology vendors. Since joining the company in 2007, Dara's varied roles have given her the opportunity to provide legal support to the company’s U.K., European and vertical markets-focused businesses, as well as Issuer Solutions, which Global Payments divested in 2026.

Dara joined Global Payments after spending five years as a litigator with Sutherland Asbill and Brennan LLP (now Eversheds Sutherland). While at Sutherland, Dara specialized in commercial litigation, focusing primarily on professional liability defense and advising in the areas of antitrust and deceptive trade practices. Dara joined Sutherland following the completion of a federal judicial clerkship with Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to her clerkship with Judge Kollar-Kotelly, Dara served as judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Joel F. Dubina, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Dara received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Duke Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, awarded cum laude from Duke University.

Dara proudly serves on the boards of directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta and the Piedmont Park Conservancy. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and their youngest child, missing their elder two children while they are away at college.

Nichole joined Global Payments in January 2026 through the Worldpay acquisition, where she previously served as chief people officer. She is especially passionate about fostering high-performance culture and creating an exceptional colleague experience.

Nichole has leadership experience in a number of global financial services and technology firms. She previously served as chief people and culture officer at Prima, a global InsurTech company and as chief people, marketing and communications officer at Xplor Technologies.

Prior to this, she spent almost a decade in senior HR roles at Worldpay leading people integration through multiple mergers and separations.

Nichole lives in Atlanta with her husband and dog Peanut and enjoys traveling to catch up with her three children in the UK.

Gabriel de Montessus brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in technology and digital industries.

Gabriel leads the Enterprise division for Global Payments, delivering world-class e-commerce and global acquiring capabilities to support enterprise clients. In his role, he is focused on ensuring Global Payments is aligned to the needs of its enterprise customers, from product innovation to local market expertise enabling them to expand across the globe. He previously led the Enterprise division at Worldpay, before it was acquired by Global Payments in January 2026.

Prior to joining Worldpay in 2021, he served as executive vice president of the Merchant Services Business Unit at Ingenico where he actively participated in their merger with Worldline. As CEO of HiPay, he transformed the company into a global provider of innovative full-service payments and led its IPO in 2015.

Gabriel has built a distinguished career in the tech industry, holding leadership roles in finance, venture capital, and investment banking. His entrepreneurial drive and passion for tackling challenges have made him a highly sought-after mentor, advisor, investor, and board member for technology organizations aiming to scale.

As a growth-oriented leader, Gabriel is passionate about cultural differences and building strong, collaborative teams. He excels at generating organizational momentum and revitalizing businesses. Gabriel serves as executive sponsor for Worldpay’s disability inclusion group, Enable, and annually contributes to The King’s Trust Million Makers challenge.

Matt Downs is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership in the payments and software sectors. A recognized pioneer in seamless payment integration and embedded experiences, Matt has consistently driven innovation for software companies.

Matt leads the Integrated & Platforms division at Global Payments, where he serves software partners, marketplaces, and platforms worldwide. He joined Global Payments in January 2026 as part of the Worldpay acquisition, having previously led Worldpay for Platforms.

Earlier in his career, he led the development of Citi Merchant Services and expanded payment technology distribution across diverse SMB channels. As co-founder of Century Payments, Matt developed one of the first software-led payment models through Radiant Merchant Services, establishing the industry’s Integrated Payments category and advancing security and monetization for software platforms.

Two decades later Matt has continued to innovate in software-led payments driving transformative M&A activity, industry-first solutions, and the proliferation of the PayFac™ model. Notably, Matt helped acquire and scale Payrix and launched a groundbreaking embedded finance suite tailored for vertical SaaS.

Matt’s professional passions include supporting veterans and first responders, leading Global Payments’ Veterans and Veteran Supporters group, and helping transitioning service members. He remains active in industry advocacy, focusing on the intersection of payments, technology, and software distribution. Matt’s early career also includes service in the U.S. Navy within the Avionics field.

David Rumph leads the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) division for Global Payments, responsible for supporting millions of merchants worldwide. He is focused on ensuring that Global Payments delivers the products and services –– including the Genius POS platform –– that clients need for their businesses to thrive.

Previously, David served as chief transformation and strategy officer for Global Payments. In that role, he led the company’s organizational transformation initiative, as well as worldwide strategy, corporate development, and enterprise initiatives. This included strategic planning and analysis; sourcing, evaluation, and execution and integration of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; and leadership of the company’s fintech innovation program. Before that, David was chief strategy and corporate finance officer.

Over his 25-year career, David has focused on building, scaling and leading finance, accounting and strategy teams to enable growth. He was instrumental in the planning, diligence, and integration of Global Payments’ 2019 merger with TSYS.

He joined TSYS in 2011, holding numerous leadership roles across treasury, financial planning and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. His efforts supported the company's revenue diversification strategy, which led to roughly a tripling of revenues and profits. Prior to joining TSYS, he spent about a decade at The Home Depot and Turner (Time Warner) in a variety of finance and accounting roles.

David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and management information systems from The University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two children.

Laurent Bossard is head of worldwide operations for Global Payments, which includes responsibility for client success, finance protection operations, international and joint ventures operations, as well as logistics and fulfillment management. He is a proven business leader offering a unique combination of rigor, analysis, financial acumen, and execution excellence, as well as deep experience leveraging digital tools – including machine learning, AI and automation – to achieve business goals.

Prior to joining Global Payments, Laurent served in a variety of top leadership roles at premier financial services companies including GE and JPMorgan Chase. His experience includes CEO of two GE Capital portfolio companies (GE Partnership Marketing Group and WMC Mortgage); president and head of Chase’s private label credit cards; and COO and CFO of Chase’s technology and operations organizations.

Laurent is a recognized people leader who consistently achieves top engagement scores. He has a strong record of investing in talent, including enhancing team capabilities, building high performance cultures, and developing diverse leaders through coaching and support of personal growth and professional objectives.

Laurent earned his Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Originally from France, he has lived in the United States since 2000 and resides near NYC with his wife of 32 years. They have two sons, aged 25 and 21. He has been a career-long supporter of the success of women in operations and technology, and is passionate about helping and mentoring young adults facing mental health struggles and addiction.

In his current role, Andrew leads all corporate brand and reputation management initiatives for the company. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of internal and external corporate communications, government affairs, sustainability and corporate citizenship, brand strategy and corporate marketing.

Andrew joined Global Payments in January 2026 as part of the Worldpay acquisition. His prior career spans corporate affairs, risk management, public policy, marketing, and communications, with more than 20 years of leadership experience, notably overseeing Corporate Affairs at both FIS and Worldpay as well as roles including chief sustainability officer at FIS and chief of staff to the CEO at Worldpay.

Prior to his career in Financial Technology, Andrew led Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Chiquita Brands International and worked as a special assistant to the President at the White House and as a senior advisor to former U.S. Senator Rob Portman.

Andrew is a graduate of George Mason University and Northern Virginia Community College and is an alum of the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College. He is married with three children.

With more than 25 years of technology leadership experience, Ryan has held CIO and CTO roles across global enterprises. Prior to joining Global Payments, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation, product innovation, and agile operating models.

Ryan holds multiple master’s degrees in Finance and Computer Science from Harvard University and Ball State University. He is also a proud U.S. Army veteran.

Cindy joined Global Payments in January 2026 as part of the Worldpay acquisition. She previously served as chief product officer of Worldpay.

Prior to Worldpay, Cindy was GM/VP of the Enterprise Merchant (PayPal Braintree) business at PayPal, where she led an $8B gross revenue fintech payments business that serves leading technology and ecommerce companies worldwide. She also ran product development at JPMorgan Chase Merchant Services, innovation teams at Visa, and was involved in the KKR turnaround of First Data.

Turner holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was named an Arjay Miller Scholar, and graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College as an All-America athlete on the varsity sailing team. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, two sons and pandemic-era puppy.
